Geogrids Slavros GSV

Description

Slavros GSV polyester knitted geogrids are manufactured according to the current regulatory and technical documentation by sewing the polyester yarn system in the longitudinal and transverse directions with the formation of cells with subsequent impregnation with special compounds to improve the operational properties of the material Depending on various conditions, geogrids with a strength of at least 40 kN / m are used. The geogrid "Slavros GSV (A)" is intended for the reinforcement of asphalt concrete pavement layers during the construction, repair, reconstruction of highways of airfields, and runways. The geogrid "Slavros GSV (G)" - is intended for the reinforcement of the subgrade soil, the layers of the pavement foundations, the sites for various purposes (airfields, parking lots of heavy vehicles, container terminals and port facilities). The use of Slavros GSV geogrids allows solving a number of tasks: - - the use of Slavros GSV geogrids can significantly reduce investment in the construction, repair and overhaul of roads; - - slow down the development of cracks on asphalt and cement concrete pavements; - - to increase the time between repairs and maintenance of highways. - effectively distribute the load from transport to a large area The achieved results lead to a qualitative improvement in road construction, which can be partially taken into account quantitatively by calculations. - - reduce the thickness of the asphalt concrete pavement. The main areas of application of Slavros GSG geogrids are: reinforcement of the joints when widening the coatings of non-rigid type; asphalt concrete pavements on block concrete bases;

• reinforcement of constructive pavement layers during the construction of new and reconstruction of existing roads;
• arrangement of temporary and technological roads;
• widening of the carriageway and strengthening of the kerbs;
• reinforcement of asphalt concrete to prevent cracking in the asphalt concrete pavement;
• reinforcement of asphalt concrete layers during the construction of hydraulic structures and landfills;
• soil reinforcement
